一、Equipment Overview and working principle

This machine is a special spray drying equipment for the laboratory. It is specially developed for the formulation of pesticide DF, which can be directly sprayed and dried by the users in laboratory and prepared into small solid particles. Will be prepared according to a prescription for a mixture of water grinding to the required fineness, through high speed feeding peristaltic pump atomizer to spray uniformly continuous granulator tower (within the atomizer for non-standard custom-made, dedicated to spray granulation), through the high-speed rotation of the centrifugal atomizer rotating disk material atomized into tiny droplets. Then mix with the hot air heated by the electric heater, to achieve the purpose of drying the moment. The granular solid materials after drying through the drying tower into the cyclone and collecting bottle collected, exhaust gas and a small amount of fine powder by entering the cartridge filter fan, the clean tail wind dust collector is filtered into the atmosphere. The heater adopts an electric heater, the power is 9KW, and the temperature of the inlet air can be adjusted and controlled according to the user's needs. The range of temperature regulation is 50~250 degrees centigrade. Feeding peristaltic pump and high-speed centrifugal atomizer are stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, the maximum speed of atomizer can reach 24000r/min, with circulating water cooling device. The charging adopts high efficiency cyclone separator, and the bottom is sealed by glass bottle, which can be observed strongly. All the pipes and cyclones of the equipment are fast installed, which is convenient for users to clean the equipment after an experiment, so as to avoid cross contamination among different breeds. The inner and outer surfaces of the equipment are made of SUS304 stainless steel and polished. The appearance is beautiful, the control system adopts PLC programmable touch screen control, and the operation is convenient and quick, simple and easy to control.

二、Main features of equipment

1.This machine adopts a centrifugal atomizer, speed adjustable, atomizing disk structure for the custom type, can be made into small particles, and dried to form a hollow state, drying time and production status are basically the same, so the simulation reference formula is reliable, high degree of agreement with the production.
2.The heat source is electric heating, 9kw is installed and controlled by silicon controlled. The temperature range is 50~250 DEG C, the range of temperature fluctuation is &plusmn, and the temperature is 1 DEG C, and the operation is stable.
3.The pipe and the separator of the equipment are all equipped with a quick loading structure, and the receiving bottle is made of glass bottles. The cleaning and the installation are convenient, and the experiment can be completed successfully and the equipment can be cleaned by only one person.
4.The device has a tail gas filter cylinder dust collector, which can avoid dust emission and influence the environment and the human body.
5.The control system adopts PLC programmable touch screen control, which is easy to operate, quick, simple and easy to control.
